A while ago I ordered the Airward Van's RV-10 Tunnel Access Panel Kit; today I installed the first of the two access panels on the pilots side. This is a rather easy job on a slow build, but the location of the front floorpans really makes it much more difficult on the quick build. If you're planning on adding these, do this before you rivet the floorplans in - as you will be drilling out the floorpan flange rivets. Additionally, if you're planning on the EFII or SDS systems, the angles most folks use to mount the pumps and filters also use these rivets.
The initial cutout came out less than stellar...
Lots of sanding with the Dremel made a significant difference
